Carly, Jackson, and Harrison have all had the same kindergarten teacher. Mrs. Greco told each of them that if you turn your pajamas inside out and flush an ice cube down the toilet, you'll get a snow day. So when I saw the forecast called for snow, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately we must have forgotten about the part where you stand on your head for 10 seconds because it didn't work this time. Maybe next time!
When I was in college at BYUI(Ricks College), I got into snowball fight with my FHE brothers. When we finally went inside to warm up, they all started singing, “Blue Moon.” I was so confused until I looked down and realized that I was wearing white pants that had become completely see-through when they’d gotten wet. I was also wearing blue underwear! One of my most embarrassing moments!
I think I’ll always remember Marie and her kids (and some of Emily’s kids) getting out of the hot tub at the hotel in Idaho Falls and doing snow angels out on the back patio in their swimming suits!
